Who We Are

Before we tell you who we are, let us first tell you who we are NOT:

• We are NOT a “big” company.

• We are NOT “venture backed” or “private equity funded.” (We are therefore NOT featured in Crunchbase, TechCrunch, Crunchyroll or any of the other “crunches” out there!)

• We are NOT happy with the limited (some would say near monopolistic) choices that multi-tenant property managers and owners face in managing thermostats for their properties. (Competition - like most things in life, as it turns out - is good in moderation…not too much…not too little.)

We are entrepreneurs and tech people who have many years of experience developing IT services and solutions (including, networking, IoT, cybersecurity solutions, etc.) and are now bringing that expertise to the hospitality industry to deliver smart thermostats (and soon other smart devices) that were designed with this industry in mind.

We audaciously believe that we can deliver this service reliably and for a fixed, monthly fee. Also, we only have one “boss”…that is, YOU…our customer!
